We also provide studio options within our memory care community. These studios differ in that they include easily accessible bathrooms and larger closets for convenient storage. These units do not include a kitchenette.

One-Bedroom Options Sure to Satisfy

When a bit more space is required, residents in our senior living community will find our one-bedroom floor plans to be a great fit. These designs offer up a spacious separate bedroom and closet, paired with an open living space, kitchenette, large bathroom, and linen closet.

Our memory care community provides residents with similar one-bedroom options to enjoy. These models don’t include a kitchenette, but they do offer spacious built-in storage and large ADA-compliant bathrooms.

Two-Bedroom Floor Plans

At Paramount, our assisted living solutions include a two-bedroom floor plan. These inviting floor plans feature a bedroom on either side of a large living area.

Residents in two-bedroom apartments can gather with friends and family, thanks to the inclusion of a kitchenette. The large linen closet and convenient bathrooms off each bedroom make it easy to feel right at home.

Within our memory care community, we offer a companion room in place of a two-bedroom floor plan. These models include a spacious master bedroom, built-in storage options, and an accessible bathroom. Just off the bedroom, a companion room is available that includes a closet and built-in storage, too.
